Where are your products sourced from?

We source products from a variety of trusted local and international suppliers. Country of origin details can be found in each product’s description page.

What types of products does AllStars sell?

AllStars carries thousands of products across 25+ categories: home accessories, kitchen tools, electronics, appliances, food, sports equipment, health supplements, fashion, shoes, toys, cleaning products, pet food, decoration, perfumes, and more.

2. Ordering and Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Visa, Mastercard, Cash on Delivery (COD), Tabby (Buy Now Pay Later), Tamara (Buy Now Pay Later), and N-Genius payment gateway.

Do you offer Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL)?

Yes! AllStars partners with both Tabby and Tamara. You can split your payments into interest-free installments at checkout.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Do you deliver across all UAE emirates?

Yes! AllStars delivers to all seven UAE emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

What are your delivery times?

Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days after your order is processed. You will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United Arab Emirates.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for most items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags and packaging. See our Returns Policy for full details.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order for the replacement item.
